1. Read the Bible.
"Now I commit you to God and to the word
of his grace, which can build you up..."
(Acts 20:32).
"Do your best to present yourself to God
as one approved, a workman who does not need to
be ashamed and who correctly handles the word
of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15).
2. Pray.
"Let us then approach the throne of grace
with confidence, so that we may receive mercy
and find grace to help us in our time of need"
(Hebrews 4:16)
"Until now you have not asked for anything
in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your
joy will be complete" (John 16:24).
3. Obey.
"Jesus repied, 'If anyone knows me, he will
obey my teaching'" (John 14:23).
