3. Now, because you from your heart confessed Him as your risen Lord and Savior, and because you from your heart confessed your sins to Jesus Christ, and because you received Him into your heart, Christ has made you to be God's child!.
"To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12).

4. You are now a new person
"Therefore, if anyone in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

5. You now have eternal life.
"He who has the Son has life" (1 John 5:12).
